Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your FATTO EMBALAGENS packaging. This policy explains how to request a refund for films and flexible packaging you buy from us. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Returns shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

Please keep rolls and packaging protected during return transit so they arrive in the same condition.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and a short description of the issue. If the issue is a print or material defect, please include photos.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show it.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, follow the steps in our Shipping Policy. We will resend or refund.
